Embellishment & Fulfillment

We’ve combined EDI order management with proven flow manufacturing principles and the latest embellishment technologies to provide a variety of domestic services.

Widely recognized for our fanatical committment to quality, our capabilities include:

Cutting: We maintain a large, in-house cutting operation consisting of laser cutters which can cut a variety of materials including twill, felt and leather. We also use the DemandMade™ Factory application to store and manage our client cut files, allowing us to streamline the production process an ensure consistency.

Tackle Twill: We offer auto-sewing services using single and double head machines which are fully integrated with our cutting process and our EDI order processing system, allowing us to manage large-scale programs. We also continue to employ a large team of highly skilled manual sewers.

Embroidery: Using our single-head machines, we can deploy large made-to-order programs on a variety of garment styles. All of our embroidery heads are fully integrated with our order management system allowing us to push customer order data directly to the factory floor.

Transfers: From flocking to the latest transfer processes, we manage an efficient, high volume heat pressing department that uses the DemandMade platform to ensure proper placement.

Custom Programs: We can modify or combine embellishment techniques to create an endless variety of garment designs. Contact us for more information on how we can help create your custom program.

Inventory Management: Using bar codes and laser scanners, we receive and move all consigned client inventory in our facility in a manner that provides a very high level of control and vsibility to our clients. We use these same systems to provide periodic cycle counts.

Private Labeled Fulfillment: In addition to our garment embellishment services, we also provide private labeled fulfillment. We’re integrated with all the major carriers, allowing us to drop-ship completed orders directly to the consumer while passing our clients tracking information and confirmation codes.
