Description: SureSource is a leading operator of direct-to-consumer businesses on behalf of national brands. These services include private-labeled online stores, a customer contact center, warehousing and private labeled fulfillment. SureSource also develops unique merchandising programs for such clients as USA Hockey, the national governing body for the sport of hockey in the United States. In addition to operating the official online store for USA Hockey, SureSource wanted to offer authentic game jerseys with the choice of any player name and number, or the customer's own name and choice of number.

Solution: We decorate each jersey on demand to the exact specifications of USA Hockey and drop ship the finished product directly to the customer. Our solution allows SureSource to consign their inventory of blank jerseys in our facility and convert them to finished goods in response to the preferences of individual consumers. This program minimizes the risk of holding finished goods with player names already applied and allows SureSource to respond to market events as they happen.
